We want you and your pet to love every product you receive from us. Because we partner with small-batch, eco-focused suppliers, we currently offer returns only in cases where:
1. The wrong product was shipped, or
2. The product arrived damaged
If either of these happens, we’ll make it right immediately.

🔄 Free Returns for Wrong or Damaged Items
If we made a mistake — whether the item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product — returns are 100% free. We will:
- Cover return shipping
- Send a replacement item at no charge or issue a full refund
- Provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be shipped back
🕒 How to Start a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

❌ All Other Returns Are Not Accepted
To protect product quality and reduce waste, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of preference
- Wrong size/color selected
- Opened or used items
- Treats, chews, or edible goods (unless damaged)
These guidelines ensure safety for pets and reduce unnecessary environmental impact.
