We currently ship to customers in North America.

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
Because we work with trusted suppliers who ship directly to you, processing times may vary slightly by product.
🚚 Shipping Times
- Standard shipping: 3–8 business days after processing
- In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to carrier delays or high-volume periods
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
💰 Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (Exclusions Apply)
- Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination
Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout — no surprises.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

🐾 Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- SPSCo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
